CIJFADAM and CONFEJES seal a historic partnership at the 40th Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports in Rabat, Morocco
The International Committee of the FADAM Games (CIJFADAM) officially signed, on Friday, May 16, 2025 in Rabat, Morocco, a partnership agreement with CONFEJES (Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports of the Francophonie).
This solemn signing took place within the framework of the 40th Ministerial Conference of CONFEJES, in the presence of all the Ministers of Youth and Sports of the French-speaking countries, marking a major step in the development and international recognition of the FADAM Games.
This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in promoting sport, martial arts, youth, and the French language. It provides, among other things, for:
Facilitate the process of establishing FADAM national committees in CONFEJES member countries;
To ensure that CONFEJES makes available CIJFADAM partners for its training activities, festivals, seminars, and various sporting tournaments;
To associate CIJFADAM to support the organisation of the Francophonie Games in collaboration with the International Committee of the Francophonie Games (CIJF);
To involve CONFEJES in the regular holding of the various national Games in the Francophone area and the FADAM International Games (every two years) and to contribute to their success.
This partnership paves the way for strategic collaboration to make the FADAM Games a major unifying event serving peace, intercultural dialogue and the development of young people in the Francophone world.
