Doha/Paris, May 25, 2026 – The International Committee of the FADAM Games (CIJFADAM) is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Lyes Boucherit as Director of International Development. Based in Qatar, with a strong international background and recognized expertise in public relations and institutional diplomacy, he will be responsible for leading the institution's strategic development on a global scale, strengthening the movement's influence in the lead-up to the FADAM World Games Paris 2027.
A strengthened international ambition for the FADAM movement
The arrival of Lyes Boucherit is part of CIJFADAM's overall expansion and structuring strategy. Thanks to his unique multicultural profile, he will bring real added value to building high-level institutional bridges across continents and coordinating relations with the organization's international partners.

Expertise in major events and institutional diplomacy
Born in Switzerland, Lyes Boucherit has a decidedly multicultural background, having lived and worked across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and North America. With over fourteen years of experience at the Ministry of the Interior in Qatar, he has developed solid expertise in public relations, high-level protocol, and the management of large-scale global events.
He made a decisive contribution to the operational and protocol coordination of arrangements related to several major international events held in Qatar, such as the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Formula 1, and the Asian Cup. Holding two Master's degrees—one in tourism and luxury hospitality management, and the other in entrepreneurship and project management—he combines a strong academic background with a keen sense of practical experience and international representation.
